1) You don’t need a contract. Just pay for initial bottle deposit and water, then your delivery service will start. The bottle deposit will be fully refunded when service is cancelled and bottles are returned. No bottle deposit is required if you sign up for automatic credit card billing plan. Payment receipt will be dropped with your water.
2) You don’t get old water. We do not store water. Delivery bottles are filled on the same day.
3) You don’t wait long. Our delivery schedules are frequent and flexible focusing on local areas. In order to maintain higher service quality, some areas are not currently being served. Please visit inquiry page and send us your delivery request to confirm the availability.
